Antonia Marsaglia graduated at University College London in 1971 and at the Catholic University of Milan in 1977.
Admitted in Milan Bar and to Supreme Court.
In 1989 founded P.L.G. – Pannone Law Group – an E.E.I.G. European Economic Interest Grouping with central office in Bruxelles – now present in 25 countries.
She acts as Honorary Consul General for Ireland.
Mediator of the Milan National and International Arbitration Chamber.
Mediator of the Italy-China Mediation Centre.
Chairman of the Milan Branch of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Her principal area of practice is commercial contracts (agency, distribution, franchising, licensing) corporate cross border operations (incorporation, merger and acquisitions, joint ventures), companies structures, trust and estate planning, assistance to foreign companies in relation to bids for public contracts.
Her languages are Italian, English and French.
